Koma’s vision into the culinary world is taking traditional dishes such as the Shawarma (Chicken or Beef and Lamb) from the Middle East, Butter or Tandoori Chicken from India, Salad Rolls made with Pork, Prawn, Chicken, Beef or Veggie from Vietnam and we took the classic Noodle Box, gave it a flavor blast and composing it with fresh Egg Noodles, Veggies, Herbs and Sauces that are a house secret. Many of the other in house made sauces and dishes have top-secret elements to them, and are kept a secret because we know a good thing is something to behold.
